Please be advised My CARE Source will be shutting down on Monday, May 11th. My CARE Source is shutting down because it no longer provides reliable service and has become increasingly difficult for us to support. We are looking for new ways to offer a more user-friendly system that best suits your needs. If you wish to verify your appointments at the cancer centre, please call the patient call centre at 519-749-4380. If you would like a printed copy of your scheduled appointments, please ask any secretary. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to provide a new and improved online appointment service in the future.

Some medical imaging appointments require you to arrive early. Please call 519-749-4380 to confirm arrival time of appointments such as BIOPSIES or PORTACATH INSERTIONS/REMOVALS for Chemotherapy if you are unsure.


If you are unable to access your account, please send an email to mycaresource@grhosp.on.ca to have your password reset. Emails are checked Mon - Fri during regular business hours. You can always call the Cancer Centre at 519-749-4380 to confirm any appointments you may have if the system is down.
